Job summary

California Dairies, Inc. (CDI) is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive process innovations across our Turlock South butter and milk powder production facility.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean-Six-Sigma-TPM initiatives, and embed sustainable improvements with standard work, daily management, and KPI tracking. The role emphasizes on-site leadership with ~75% daytime work and ~25% after-hours availability, including travel to other CDI sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years in continuous improvement analytics.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional CI projects.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Lean-Six Sigma, TPM, and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects across multiple plant departments.
• Develop and publish SOPs, OPLs, and SWIs for manufacturing processes.
• Coach and train staff on Lean Six Sigma and TPM practices.
• Monitor KPIs and Savings projects; report progress to leadership.
• Drive change management to ensure sustainable process adoption.
