Responsibilities

• Develop regional Op Ex strategy and improvement roadmap with regional leaders.
• Lead cross-site Black Belt initiatives with measurable ROI.
• Coach leaders and teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem solving.
• Ensure governance, savings validation, and financial accountability across sites.
