Johnson Controls is seeking a Chiller Channel Manager to lead the product portfolio strategies within a Sales Region. You will coordinate with regional marketing, forecast market growth, and ensure effective chiller solutions and pricing.

This remote role requires strong leadership, product expertise, and a track record in HVAC/chillers. You will collaborate with regional sales offices, deliver training, and support customer engagements, with a focus on profitability and market share growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Solid familiarity with HVAC and chiller equipment in product, program management, marketing or sales.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead chiller portfolio strategies, align with regional business goals.
• Represent the Chiller Sales Team to market areas and coordinate feedback.
• Drive pricing, forecasting, and market share initiatives with regional teams.
• Provide frontline product and application support for the region.
