Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years’ experience in thermal engineering and refrigeration.
• 1+ year of experience as a manager/lead.
• Able to lead a team of 5+ engineers.
• Travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and launch of air-cooled chiller products.
• Guide an engineering team and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide engineering leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Develop project plans, secure resources, and partner with project managers.
• Ensure on-time completion of projects and generate technical documentation.
