Job summary

Wildix, a remote-first UCaaS leader, is seeking a Regional Channel Marketing Manager in the United States to connect global strategy with local partner needs. You will drive partner engagement, demand generation, and MRR growth with channel partners, Sales, and Global Marketing.

You will manage regional events, campaigns, and content, lead a marketing team or coordinate efforts, and track ROI while optimizing budgets. Strong SaaS/channel marketing background and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally SaaS/UCaaS.
• Proven channel marketing experience with partners such as MSPs, VARs, or integrators.
• Strong demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue focus.
• Experience planning regional campaigns, events, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with Sales and partners.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure marketing performance.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing tools.
• Proven track record leading or coordinating a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the regional channel marketing plan aligned with MR R goals.
• Create co-marketing and demand-gen activities with channel partners to drive pipeline.
• Support partner onboarding, engagement, and enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and convert marketing into revenue.
• Plan regional events, webinars, campaigns, and partner activities.
• Develop local content, case studies, and partner success stories.
• Manage regional marketing budget and track ROI.
• Coordinate with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams on local initiatives.
