Job summary

Fluid Components International LLC, a division of DwyerOmega, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead aerospace sales across the Western U.S. Remote-friendly with option to base at our San Marcos, CA facility and potential future expansion.

You will drive new business with OEMs and defense contractors, manage key accounts, and coordinate with engineering, production, and legal to deliver tailored proposals and win strategic contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace or defense sales experience.
• Proven success in complex B2B sales cycles.
• Experience with long-cycle proposals and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) for pipeline tracking.
• Ability to develop tailored proposals with engineering, contracts, and pricing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-specific strategies to drive new business and hit sales targets.
• Serve as liaison for customers and channel partners, aligning with corporate goals.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and legal to support proposals.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and program success.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory reports, and pipeline status updates to management.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning for strategic planning.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
