Job summary

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Southeast Regional Account Manager to run a multi-state territory, developing regional strategies and implementing business plans. You will work with Geneticist, Endocrinology, and Metabolic Specialist accounts and partner across Marketing, Medical, and Operations to drive diagnosis rates and sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in pharma, strong leadership, and a proven track record with launches in rare-disease markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with 3 years field-based experience.
• Experience in specialty, genetics, or rare diseases preferred.
• Proven success in product launches and navigating rare disease patient journeys.
• Able to travel up to 70% and maintain a valid driver’s license.
