Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Southeast to lead regional sales strategy and drive diagnosis and treatment access for rare diseases.

You will own a multi-state territory, partner with cross-functional teams, and execute plans to grow market share while ensuring compliant, patient-centric outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma field sales or account management, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and proven success launching specialty

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with field-based account management or sales experience
• Experience launching specialty therapies, ideally first-in-class, in competitive markets
• Experience navigating complex rare disease patient journeys and cross-specialty coordination

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate complex scientific information to customers
• Develop and implement regional business plans for the Southeast
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Operations, and Compliance
• Drive accountable, entrepreneurial approaches to regional challenges
• Manage territory priorities and grow sales while ensuring compliant practices
