Job summary

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Southeast region. This role owns regional strategy, builds plans across Genetics, Endocrinology, and Metabolic Specialist accounts, and partners with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to meet sales and patient access goals.

The RAM will travel up to 70% and drive data-driven decisions, leadership, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining patient-centric standards and compliant practices in a dynamic, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
• Experience in specialty, genetics, or rare disease markets strongly preferred.
• Proven success in product launches, ideally with first-in-class therapies and in competitive markets.
• Experience navigating complex rare disease patient journeys, including diagnosis, referral pathways, and access challenges.
