TKC Holdings, Inc. seeks a Western Account Manager to grow profitable inmate phone business across multiple states. You will work with the Regional VP to drive sales, promote services, and lead regional account development while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

You will work remotely and report to the Regional VP of Sales, traveling 50% across California, Nevada, and neighboring states to meet customers and expand the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience.
• Experience in correctional market preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional sales plans and profitability for your book of business.
• Promote inmate phone offerings and ensure CRM compliance.
• Travel extensively within CA, NV, AZ, and listed states to visit accounts.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and trade show materials; report regionally.
