Job summary

The Western Account Manager works with the Regional Vice President to develop the profitable sales volume of your book of business in the inmate phone market. This remote role promotes a positive image to customers and supports the sales staff in acquiring new business across multiple states.

You will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales and travel at least 50% across CA, NV, AZ, ID, WA, AK, HI, and OR to meet with facilities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting, and prospect engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel for company business.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable sales volume for your book of business with VP guidance.
• Promote inmate phone products regionally and ensure CRM compliance.
• Travel to accounts for personal sales calls and presentations.
• Provide regional marketing and training to sales staff.
• Prepare customer proposals and contracts with accuracy.
