Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced industrial sales professional to develop and execute sales strategies, expand core aftermarket accounts, and cultivate long-term client relationships. You will maintain CRM records for customers, projects, equipment, and opportunities, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside industrial sales, knowledge of blast equipment, CRM proficiency, and the ability to read AutoCAD drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside industrial sales experience.
• Must be familiar with blast equipment and its operation or possess equivalent mechanical experience.
• Experience with CRM software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
• Valid passport and drivers license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to gain market share, develop new accounts, expand customer relationships, and grow existing core aftermarket accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while keeping accurate information in the company CRM for customers, prospects, equipment, opportunities, and assigned activities.
• Prepare cost calculations and formal product offers in accordance with technical feedback and regional budgets.
• Partner with Project Management, Inside Sales, Engineering, Technical Centers, Service, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and approaches.
• Provide weekly activity reports and itineraries and prepare regular territory forecasts.
• Negotiate with clients to secure sales and support long-term business relationships.
