James Hardie Building Products Inc. seeks a Regional Account Manager (Exterior Products) to own downstream demand in a defined territory. The RAM will defend business, grow market share, and partner with dealers, distributors, builders, and architects while executing district plans and managing a growth pipeline.

The role is remote from your home office in the Charleston area, covering Charleston to Myrtle Beach, SC, with travel up to 50% and Salesforce/CRM usage for performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience with organization and discipline.
• 1+ years of CRM system experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own downstream demand for exterior products within assigned segment.
• Defend business and grow market share through account planning and reviews.
• Develop structured account plans and execute growth targets for key accounts.
• Maintain CRM logs and forecast account performance using data.
