Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care in the United States is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new business and expand partnerships with employer accounts. You will develop and execute marketing and sales plans, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with service delivery to fulfill client needs.

This remote role requires regular travel to client sites in Upstate NY and beyond. A company vehicle and cell phone allowance are provided, and you will report to the Leadership Team while meeting monthly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated sales and business development experience preferably in an Occupational or Employee health related field.
• Knowledge of care delivery, billing, case management, and state regulation standards in Occupational Healthcare.
• Ability to perform complex negotiations with senior executives and multiple decision makers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Significant travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing and sales planning with top executives; set objectives and methods to reach them.
• Close new business by developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Coordinate account setup and implement service delivery with other department heads.
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs.
• Deliver sales presentations and meetings with clients and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using a CRM.
• Identify sales targets and develop a sales funnel with expected outcomes.
