Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Account Executive for the Upstate NY region. You will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement marketing and sales plans, and negotiate contracts to grow revenue.

This remote role requires regular travel to client sites and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver service improvements and manage accounts. You will work with employer accounts at local, regional and national levels, build strong relationships, meet monthly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated sales and business development experience, preferably in occupational or employee health-related field.
• Ability to negotiate contracts with senior executives and multiple decision makers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing and sales plans with top executives; set objectives and methods to reach them.
• Close new business by developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with operations.
• Coordinate account setup and service delivery with other departments.
• Develop proposals in response to RFPs and deliver sales presentations to clients and vendors.
• Maintain records of all sales activities in the CRM and manage the sales funnel.
