Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new business by securing, managing, and expanding relationships with local and regional employer accounts, targeting revenue growth and increased market share. The role emphasizes occupational health services and necessitates strong relationship-building across client organizations.

The position requires regular travel to client sites in the Chicago, IL area; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated sales and business development experience, preferably in Occupational or Employee health field.
• Knowledge of care delivery, billing, case management, and state regulation in Occupational Healthcare.
• Ability to negotiate with senior executives and multiple decision makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing and sales plans with top executives and set objectives.
• Close new business by negotiating contracts and aligning requirements with operations.
• Coordinate account setup and service delivery with other departments.
• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients and external vendors or advisors.
• Maintain CRM records of all sales and prospecting activities in territory.
• Identify targets, build a sales funnel, and close opportunities.
• Create daily account sales plans to secure new prospects.
• Meet monthly revenue goals set by Senior Management.
• Obtain approvals on pricing/margin targets across disciplines.
• Engage Leadership Team in meetings with Key Account decision makers.
• Develop new account implementation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate service package setup and customer onboarding.
• Stay informed on industry partners, payors, adjuster teams, and networks.
• Commit to Urgent Care focus and patient experience training.
