Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth across the US and Canada, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close in a remote, consultative selling environment.

You will generate new business while expanding existing relationships, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and manage 3–12 month deals with high-value solutions, collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win value-focused engagements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
