Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth across project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services, collaborating with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts.

This role is remote (USA or Canada) and requires a proven track record in consultative sales, multi-stakeholder deal execution, and a disciplined, remote-first approach.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high-value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
