Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth across project engagements and ongoing marketing services. This consultative hunter role emphasizes virtual selling, discovery, and managing multi-step sales cycles in a remote environment.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, grow existing relationships, and collaborate with SDRs, strategists, and leadership to win high-value business across US and Canada.

Formación

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Evidence of managing longer deal cycles (3–12 months).
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery, solution development and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex deals with multiple decision makers.
• Partner with SDRs to convert warm leads into opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.
