Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth across project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services. You will work remotely with clients across the US and Canada, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

This consultative hunter role requires deep discovery, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to manage long (3–12 month) sales cycles. Strong executive presence and virtual selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery, solution development and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex deals with multiple decision makers.
• Partner with SDRs to convert warm leads into opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.
