The Regional Account Executive will drive new business in the Central U.S., build lasting client relationships, and deliver consultative sales solutions that improve patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health sales or related services.
• CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business via outbound prospecting.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies across Central U.S.
• Prospect new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals and events
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and behavioral health organizations
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, demonstrations and consultative meetings
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently hit sales targets
• Utilize CRM to forecast opportunities and track activity
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and leadership to support client success
• Represent the organization at conferences and industry events
• Become a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to client needs
