Job summary

Autocar Parts is seeking a driven Regional Account Executive to grow sales and strengthen dealer partnerships within an assigned U.S. territory.

This outside sales role focuses on developing existing accounts, bringing new Original Equipment dealers into the business, and increasing sales volume, account share, market share, and private label revenue. Location: Remote work within KY, TN, WV region with travel approximately 75%.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience or more.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first approach, consultative selling mindset.
• Tech-savvy with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
• Collaborative attitude and openness to coaching.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for Autocar and OE dealers in territory.
• Build lasting customer relationships with responsive service.
• Identify and recruit new dealer accounts; expand partnerships.
• Hit sales goals including private label revenue growth and new dealers.
• Understand customer business and share competitive insights with leadership.
• Collaborate with Autocar Parts and GVW Group colleagues to meet territory goals.
• Manage priorities independently and fulfill commitments.
