Advancing Eco Agriculture Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional service to growers and to present regenerative solutions in collaboration with the Agronomy team.

You will help identify farmers' needs, present products, and tailor recommendations to drive yields and quality. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, achieving regional sales goals, and traveling seasonally to support customers while partnering with the Account Management team to ensure a consistent,

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building sales (growth-focused).
• Strong agronomic background in plant nutrition or soil science.
• High proficiency with digital platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working both remotely and in a team setting.
• Willing to travel frequently, including seasonal peaks.
• Familiarity with agriculture production equipment practices.

Responsibilities

• Build new client relationships and reach personal sales goals.
• Collaborate with Agronomy team to create agronomic recommendations.
• Develop forecasting and sales planning for the region with regional team.
• Manage sales data collection and reporting.
• Research accounts and pursue sales leads.
• Attend meetings, educational trainings, and industry events.
• Gather customer feedback and testimonials; support risk management.
