Advancing Eco Agriculture Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Sales Consultant to serve growers with regenerative solutions and strong customer service. You will identify needs, present products, and collaborate with the Agronomy team to tailor recommendations.

Ideal candidates have a background in agronomy or plant science, proven sales ability, and comfort with travel during peak seasons. Remote work within a team is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, soil science, or related agriculture field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with using digital platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build new client relationships
• Reach personal sales goals to help regional and company targets
• Collaborate with Agronomy team for recommendations and guidelines
• Develop forecasting and sales planning for the region
• Manage sales data collection and reporting
• Research accounts and follow through on leads
• Attend meetings, conferences, and trainings to stay current
• Solicit customer feedback and testimonials
• Follow credit policies and help manage risk
• Perform other duties as assigned
