Advancing Eco Agriculture Inc. seeks a Sales Consultant to support growers with regenerative solutions and agronomic guidance.

You will build relationships, present products, and collaborate with the Agronomy team to tailor recommendations meeting customer needs and regional goals. Ideal candidates combine a solid agronomy background with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and willingness to travel during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building sales in agriculture.
• Strong agronomic background in plant nutrition/soil science or related area.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• High level working knowledge of basic digital platforms.
• Ability to work both remotely and in a team.
• Willingness to travel often with seasonal hours.

Responsibilities

• Build new client relationships and meet sales goals.
• Work with Agronomy team to develop recommendations and guidelines.
• Develop forecasting and sales planning for the region.
• Manage sales data collection and reporting.
• Research accounts and follow up on leads.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay updated on developments.
• Solicit customer feedback and testimonials.
• Follow credit policies and assist in risk management.
• Other duties as assigned.
