Job summary

Advancing Eco Agriculture Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to support growers with regenerative products and agronomic guidance. You will build trusted relationships, present solutions, and collaborate with our Agronomy team to tailor recommendations that meet customer needs.

The role requires strong communication, a proven sales background, a willingness to travel, and the ability to work remotely within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field.
• Strong track record in sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage seasonal hours.

Responsibilities

• Build new client relationships and expand the customer base.
• Meet and exceed personal and regional sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Agronomy team to develop agronomic recommendations.
• Help forecast sales and plan for the region with regional team and leadership.
• Manage sales data collection and reporting.
• Research accounts and pursue sales leads through proactive outreach.
• Attend meetings, conferences and training to stay current on developments.
• Solicit customer feedback and testimonials to support growth.
• Adhere to credit policies and assist in risk management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
