Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking an Outreach Manager to grow referral partnerships in a fully remote, commission-only role. You identify providers, build relationships, log outreach, and close referrals, earning ongoing commissions as clients stay in care.

You can work flexible hours, with compensation structured around monthly payments per active client and performance bonuses at milestones such as 5, 10, and 15 clients, plus speed and leaderboard incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in outreach or sales is helpful.
• Comfortable working remotely and meeting performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to pediatricians, therapy clinics, schools, and other providers who could benefit from ABA therapy.
• Build real relationships so House of Hearts becomes their go-to referral partner.
• Log every outreach touch and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Secure signed referral partnerships and keep them active over time.
• Follow up consistently so partners actually send families.
• Represent House of Hearts professionally and follow outreach and compliance guidelines.
