You will read referrals, verify required fields and attachments, maintain secure records, and communicate clearly to stakeholders. Prior office admin experience and comfort with online forms are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience with intake processing and document checks is preferred.
• Ability to protect sensitive information and follow privacy rules.
• Familiarity with web-based submission systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read assigned referrals in the approved intake channel.
• Check the required fields and attachments for that referral type.
• Confirm the intended service and permitted contact information.
• Ask a focused question when a required fact is missing.
• Route a complete submission to the designated reviewer.
• Record receipt, pending information, and handoff status.
• Flag duplicates or urgent concerns under the supplied process.
• Protect private information and preserve original wording.
