Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives improving operational performance, financial outcomes, scalability, and customer experience. You will own the enterprise reengineering roadmap from opportunity assessment through implementation and benefit realization.

You will lead through influence, coordinate across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and other functions, manage budgets, risks and governance, develop business cases,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation or related fields.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives via influence.
• Experience with finance-driven business cases and benefit realization plans.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reengineering roadmap and lead prioritized initiatives from assessment to value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and more.
• Develop ROI/TCO models and financial justifications for initiatives.
• Present progress, risks and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
