Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Red Team Manager to lead adversary simulation engagements and advance our AI-native platform. This remote, full-time role requires coordinating with senior leadership, mentoring red team members, and delivering actionable findings to both technical and executive audiences.

You will oversee red team operations, manage third-party relationships, and help scale security programs across CrowdStrike’s services while supporting crisis

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Red Team/Penetration Testing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with tool development life cycle.
• Security community involvement preferred.
• Advanced experience with leading security assessment toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Red Team offerings.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Red Team.
• Coordinate Red Team activities and lead all penetration testing.
• Develop reporting including mitigations strategies for management and technical audiences.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams.
• Build relationships with third-party vendors supporting engagements.
• Organize resources for penetration assessments of systems and networks.
• Lead in creating and improving an information security program.
• Provide guidance during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope new customer engagements.
