Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is looking for a Red Team Manager to lead a team performing adversary emulation and penetration testing to help customers detect and stop breaches. You will coordinate with senior leadership, plan assessments, and mentor junior team members.

The role requires strong leadership, deep security expertise, and the ability to communicate with executives and technical staff. Occasional travel and a chance to shape CrowdStrike Services are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Red Team/Penetration Testing experience
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience with tool development life cycle and development teams
• Active involvement in the security community is a plus
• Travel may be required (<25%)

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of Red Team offerings with reporting and metrics
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Red Team
• Coordinate and lead all penetration testing activities
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors
• Develop mitigations-focused reporting for management and technical audiences
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical teams
• Create operations and ad hoc reports to monitor Red Team performance
• Organize resources for penetration assessments across OS, apps, DBs, and networks
• Improve information security programs and resources
• Provide guidance during enterprise crises
