ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. is hiring a Recruitment Officer to screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding. This fully remote role offers a stable full-time path with a 5-7 day training period and opportunities for progression into HR leadership.

You will maintain recruitment records, run social outreach, and support marketing campaigns while developing stronger candidate pipelines. A fast learner with strong English communication will excel.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate and send interview, orientation, and training schedules.
• Collect, review, and validate pre-employment requirements.
• Manage HRIS efficiently.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Assist in orientations and onboarding support.
• Update and maintain endorsement sheets, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Provide input on recruitment strategies and campaigns.
• Source and manage applicant leads across channels.
• Post and share vacancies on social media and job boards.
• Respond to applicant inquiries and encourage completion of applications.
• Manage recruiter social accounts (Facebook/LinkedIn).
• Engage in job-hiring-related social media groups.
• Support recruitment marketing through market research and social campaigns.
