Qualifications
- Background in commercial recruitment within US Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma/Biotech or MedTech.
- Consistent billing track record with strong business development capability.
- Relationship-led approach to recruitment and market specialist mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for US Life Sciences clients.
- Develop and grow relationships with US Life Sciences organisations, identifying and winning new business.
- Build a strong industry network and market reputation.
- Grow a niche and revenue-generating desk within Consulting & BI – Market Research.
