Qualifications

• A background in commercial recruitment within US Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma/Biotech or MedTech market.
• A consistent billing track record with strong business development skill.
• A relationship-led approach to recruitment and a desire to become a recognised market specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop and grow relationships with US Life Sciences organisations, identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Build a strong industry network and market reputation.
• Develop a specialist niche and grow your own revenue generating des.
• Manage your recruitment processes from brief to placement.
