ECS Federal LLC is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to work remotely. The role supports the execution of key recruiting processes and partners closely with Recruiting and Human Resources to ensure a consistent, accurate, and efficient candidate experience.

This position is ideal for an early-career professional with experience in HR or recruiting operations who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or a related operational support role or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience with candidate management and interview scheduling
• Experience coordinating offer processes, onboarding workflows, or HR-driven approvals
• Experience managing structured workflows (referrals, approvals, or similar processes)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail with data integrity and process compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact professionally with stakeholders

Mansioni

• Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews among candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
• Manage interview logistics, including calendar invites and confirmations, and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Assist with drafting, coordinating, and tracking offer letters in partnership with Recruiting and HR
• Maintain ATS records and ensure accurate candidate and requisition activity
• Support preparation, validation, and distribution of recruiting reports and metrics
• Assist with job posting management across internal systems and external boards
• Provide operational support across recruiting workflows and maintain SOPs and process guides
• Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects as needed
• Support employee referrals workflow and requisition approvals
• Help manage candidate transitions from selection through onboarding
