Job summary

Everforth ECS in the United States is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support the execution of key recruiting processes. This role partners closely with Recruiting and HR to ensure a consistent, accurate, and efficient candidate experience.

This position is ideal for an early-career professional with HR or recruiting operations who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or a related operational support role OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience supporting HR, recruiting, or structured operational workflows.
• Experience with candidate management and interview scheduling.
• Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating offer processes, onboarding workflows, or HR-driven approvals (e.g., requisition approvals).
• Experience managing or supporting structured workflows (e.g., referrals, approvals, or similar operational processes).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Manage interview logistics, including calendar invitations, interview confirmations, and timely communication to candidates.
• Support the administration of the offer process, including drafting, coordinating, and tracking offer letters with Recruiting and HR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage employee referral workflow and documentation within internal systems (e.g., SharePoint).
• Coordinate and track requisition approvals to ensure timely postings and lifecycle approvals.
• Perform job posting audits across internal systems and external boards for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in onboarding coordination and candidate transitions from selection through acceptance.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure accurate activity documentation.
• Support recruiting reports and metrics, including pipeline activity and time-to-fill, plus ad hoc requests.
