Job summary

Gregory Construction is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the growth of our skilled trades and field workforce across Texas and the Southwest. This is a fully remote, Texas-based role focused on sourcing, screening, recruiting, and building relationships with craft candidates while partnering with field leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruiting experience in skilled trades, is organized and proactive, and comfortable traveling regionally for events and jobsites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in skilled trades or field workforce.
• Experience recruiting for hourly craft, equipment, or construction roles.
• Ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for hourly craft and field roles across Texas and the Southwest.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, availability, and travel expectations.
• Build candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Represent Gregory Construction at career fairs and events throughout Texas.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and coordinate onboarding.
