Haridwarbn is seeking a dedicated Skilled Trades/Construction Recruiter for a remote US-based role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates across job boards and networks, and partner with leaders to tailor recruitment strategies.

The role requires 2+ years in skilled trades recruiting and the ability to thrive under high demand. Expect a full benefits package, a competitive base salary, and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated recruitment experience in skilled trades/construction.
• Strong sourcing skills to build pipelines for high-demand roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends to meet deadlines.
• Experience with MSP/VMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand recruitment needs and tailor solutions.
• Regularly communicate with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Accurately maintain candidate data, files, and compliance requirements.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent deadlines.
