Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking an innovative Recruiting Coordinator for a flexible remote, hourly assignment that offers exposure across multiple roles and industries. You will conduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews, and input requisition data in our systems, while building strong candidate records and keeping information current.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicants.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews, and input requisition data in system and job ads on job boards.
• Track and monitor confidential candidate information; maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (interview reminders and logistics).
• Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal/external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks.
• Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction; improve candidate experience.
