Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage requisitions in Greenhouse, prepare offers, and coordinate pre-employment steps to ensure a seamless candidate journey.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in recruiting coordination or HR support, a high school diploma (BA/BS in HR/business a plus), and strong Excel and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s in HR/Business is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking, HR or onboarding systems; Greenhouse experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage job requisitions in Greenhouse from opening through close, ensuring details and approvals are complete.
• Prepare offer letters and employment documents, coordinating approvals and verifying compensation, start dates and reporting details.
• Track offers and hiring activity, providing timely updates to recruiters and HR partners.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and documentation, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support onboarding by coordinating with HR and IT to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
