Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related HR field.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS or HRIS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) at work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Candidate-first mindset with excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting events or internship programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones and manage calendars, panels, video links, and on-site visits.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling and interview information.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, including stages and documentation.
• Support recruiting events such as career fairs, university and veteran hiring events, and candidate open houses.
• Help run the internship program: scheduling interviews, tracking intern cohorts, onboarding and events.
• Use AI tools to draft candidate communications, summarize feedback, and automate scheduling.
• Identify manual steps and propose AI-enabled improvements.
• Assist with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, audits, and other Talent Acquisition projects.
