Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a full-time Recruiting Associate for a 100% remote role with Central time hours. You'll focus on scheduling, appointment setting, and candidate research for Account Executives and Project Coordinators.

This role offers a clear path to grow into a Project Coordinator and, over time, an Account Executive. You'll gain hands-on exposure to executive search while working closely with the team to understand client needs.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or about 1 year of related experience in recruiting, scheduling, sales, customer service, or admin support.
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a major plus.
• Comfortable making phone calls and handling rejection without taking it personally.
• Clear, professional writing and speaking voice.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and set appointments for interviews and client contacts.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and confirm details.
• Reach out via email, text, or phone to secure responses.
• Send calendar invites with Zoom links once times are confirmed.
• Maintain an accurate CRM with notes and next steps.
• Research and source candidates for active recruiting projects.
• Match candidates to each search needs.
• Present candidates to Account Executives or Project Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Project Coordinators to understand search needs.
