Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a full-time Recruiting Associate for a 100% remote role with Central time hours. You will focus on scheduling and appointment setting while also conducting candidate research and sourcing for Account Executives and Project Coordinators.

This position offers a clear path to grow into a Project Coordinator and, over time, an Account Executive. You will work closely with Account Executives and Project Coordinators, maintain an organized CRM, and manage calendars to ensure

Qualifications

• A recent college graduate, or someone with about a year of related experience in recruiting, scheduling, sales, customer service, or administrative support.
• Recruiting or staffing experience is a major plus
• Comfortable making phone calls and handling rejections without taking it personally
• Clear, professional writing and speaking voice
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable when working from home
• Curiosity about recruiting, sales, and how business relationships are built

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and appointment setting
• Arrange interviews between our clients and candidates; coordinate time and invites
• Set appointments for Account Executives with candidates and potential client contacts
• Reach out by email, text, or phone to secure responses
• Send calendar invites with Zoom links after time is confirmed
• Handle reschedules, cancellations, and last-minute changes calmly
• Follow up with executives and prevent missed appointments
• Keep CRM accurate with notes, activity, and next steps
• Research and source candidates for active recruiting projects
• Match candidates to the needs of each search
• Present candidates to the Account Executive or Project Coordinator
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Project Coordinators to understand search needs
