Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions is seeking a contract Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top talent in skilled trades for a west-coast client. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering qualified candidates on a tight timeline.

This remote role, aligned to Pacific Time hours, offers a collaborative team environment, competitive incentives, and opportunities to optimize recruiting processes and candidate experiences across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades or industrial roles.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, certifications, tools, and work environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract mechanics, technicians, and skilled trades professionals across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demand.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements, ensure alignment, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidate activity and progress within ATS systems.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting strategies, processes, and time-to-fill performance.
