Next Job Abroad is seeking a Norwegian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our growing remote team. The role focuses on sourcing, headhunting, and placing candidates abroad in an autonomous, commission-based setup.

You'll work 30–40 hours per week from anywhere, with paid onboarding during the first three months and uncapped earning potential thereafter. This is an international, freelance opportunity with strong emphasis on performance.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Norwegian (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• Previous recruitment experience (agency or international setting preferred).
• Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment.
• Skilled in sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn and social media.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Source and headhunt Norwegian-speaking candidates for roles abroad.
• Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles.
• Manage your own pipeline and fill open roles proactively.
• Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding.
