Job summary

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC recruits for IT, pharmaceutical and medical device industries in Puerto Rico. You will recruit, screen, interview, and onboard talent while coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruitment and strong scheduling, English/Spanish fluency, and experience with ATS and vendor management systems. Remote-friendly schedule, with an 8am–5pm shift and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in IT, pharma, and medical device industries.
• Experience with ATS and administrative tools.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency.
• Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of managing high-volume requests with remote support.
• Available for administrative shift (8am–5pm).
• Able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand department needs.
• Schedule pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Create onboarding programs and orientations for new hires.
• Determine selection criteria with managers and staff.
• Source applicants via online channels like LinkedIn.
• Draft job descriptions and interview questions.
• Identify best-fit candidates from a pool of applicants.
• Plan interview and selection procedures including screens and in-person interviews.
