Job summary

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC recruits for IT, pharmaceutical and medical device industries in Puerto Rico. You will recruit, screen, interview, and onboard talent while coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruitment and strong scheduling, English/Spanish fluency, and experience with ATS and vendor management systems. Remote-friendly schedule, with an 8am–5pm shift and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in IT, pharma, and medical device industries.
• Experience with ATS and administrative tools.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency.
• Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of managing high-volume requests with remote support.
• Available for administrative shift (8am–5pm).
• Able to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of their department and any required job openings.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
• Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations.
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment for IT, Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline and VNDLY)
• Able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
• Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling MUST
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experienced user of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high, customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships
• Expertise within recruiting tools and technologies
• Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support
• Experience within Human Resources preferred
• Available for administrative shift (8am to 5pm)
• Able to work remotely
