This exempt salary role focuses on full life cycle recruiting for contractor and internal roles, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule. The successful candidate will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard new contractors, while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding of contractors and candidates.
• Develop and manage relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment team.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and keep leadership informed of market conditions and progress.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of assigned accounts.
