Job summary

gpac is seeking driven professionals in Minnesota for commission-driven recruiting roles. Base salary starts at $35,568 annually with uncapped commissions and pathways to six-figure totals as you place candidates and grow client relationships.

We provide training, tools, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. You’ll build relationships, fill urgent roles, and leverage recruiting tools to connect clients with top candidates while enjoying unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Consistently perform outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
Act with integrity and ethical mindset.
Effective negotiation skills.
A degree is preferred but not required.
Successful completion of gpac training and requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiation of offers.
Conduct reference checks on candidates.
