As a commission-driven role, you can earn between $40k to $500k+ annually, with base pay starting at $35,568 and commissions that are uncapped. gpac provides ongoing coaching, a supportive culture, and a pathway to life-changing client and candidate placements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing with high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Degree preferred but not required; gpac training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client, hiring manager, and candidate relationships.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Conduct candidate screenings and reference checks.
• Negotiate job offers and prep candidates for interviews.
• Utilize recruiting tools and materials effectively.
